i actually intended to slack off the whole day 1 of my holidays but i couldn't just sit there doing nothing. after the much glorious food feasting at aston's & ikea yesterday. i just had to do something to make myself feel better.
day 1
sigh, i wanted to eat right but since my maid whipped up mee siam & she was trying something new & she looked really eager to see my reaction, i had to eat it. not bad a try, but still cannot compare to siti's meesiam )): anyway, i was contemplating to go for a jog with choko but decided to workout at home instead. i don't know whether all these things that i do will actually work or not but it's better than just sitting on the couch & munching on chips. ugh, someone please bring me to wavehouseeee. i wanted to go with the girls but it seems like they aren't so keen about it. i wish i could find a twin, someone that likes everything that i like & do. we could do everything that i don't like to do alone. hahahaha, i think i'm not making sense.

y'know when you go on youtube & you just don't know which workout video to pick cause there's just like a smorgasboard of them, it's really important to use those that are really effective & not anyhow pick one. so here:
