ran 5km with jo for that Nike race. it seems that I run faster when it's with other people.
sigh,I really wanna get my 2.4km timing down to like 9-10mins again. call me crazy but I know that it's possible without the dog chasing me k. hahahaha. just went for a run. tried running on my toes or the ball of my feet instead of the heel. it's supposedly better for running. SUPER TIRING.
