LAST DAY OF SCHOOL

& so, today thus begins my first day of study week before finals. i do hope i can stop procrastinating so much! ahhh, today was just a good time to play halo & think about what has happened over the past three months. ever since school started, it's been really hectic, but FUN :DDD i realised that i would rather do arty farty stuff compared to studying; but i rather do video editing rather than photo editing. HMMMM...

ran about 22km with steph! i applaud kimberly! she ran 13km with us! & omigosh, sixth ave is crazyyyy. damn the slopes & damn the laggy iphone app which kinda got us lost in sixth ave but we made it in the end.

so the route: steph's house (engkong drive) - kap - bukit timah - sixth ave - holland ave - dempsey - tanglin - orchard rd - dhoby ghaut - smu - victoria st - bugis - lavender - balestier - moulmein rd - novena - newton - dunearn - bukit timah - ccab.

we kinda stopped cause steph had abrasions & my knees hurt (again) while running.

i must say, i have really enjoyed myself in this cca so far. with the exception of making friends )): i can't seem to connect with some people. i'm glad to have made fast friends but how many would actually stay on throughout the three years? i'm not sure whether will i stay throughout, hahaha, UB people have this trend of not joining cca/not staying throughout the 3 years in a cca. SERIOUS. attended the sim sports award night 2010, -.-, like UOL & RMIT people dominated the whole presentation slides.

anyway, this few days, i think i'll be really aching, cause of sunday's muay thai training at cairnhill cc. ahhh, quickly recover! i need my body to be tip top for sunday's 42.195km!!! i have two bruises from blocking shin kicks & i didn't know they i even had them till i got home & showered. i think this really shows how serious i am in this new sport that i've decided to take up. at least my bruises weren't as bad as the other girl. her whole shin was covered in bruises, systematic bruises i must add. her shin was like this: knee, bruise, space, bruise, space, bruise, space, bruise, space, bruise, space, ankle. poor thing. damn the skipping during beginning of training also. those skipping ropes aren't ropes, more like skipping pipes. they really hurt if they hit you. i always kena hit on my toes while the guys got hit on their heads.

went for dinner at tiongbahru market with church people & family. i was famished, but still couldn't finish my duck noodle. sighhh, they updated me about this month's ye games day and euphrates came in LAST )): we really need tall people, seriously. anyway, wasn't disappointed about it because i didn't play & the badges looked kinda amateur. sorry darren!

paul's house next. I SUCK AT MASTERMIND. I LOVE HALOOOO. seriously, halo is one of the best games ever created for xbox. in halo 1 & 2, the floods were really annoying. in halo 3, the maps were annoying. in reach, the hunters & suicide grunts were damn annoying. HALO HALO HALO HALO HALO HALO.

how's your sunday looking?

which sunday? the sunday which just passed, i had work (7am-1pm) and then muay thai training (3-5.30pm). then, i had dinner at tiong bahru market with the church people & family. the upcoming sunday, i'll be running 42.195km. i'm just praying for my knees to hold out till like 30km & for the Lord to carry me though this whole marathon. i do not want what happened last year to happen again.

TIME FLIES

okayyy, down to the last month of school (26 nov). then exams till 16 december, then BALLIIIIIII. i wanna get the sexy brown tan while i'm thereee. can't wait. BUT I BETTER STUDY HARD AT THE MOMENT.

heehee, so, the day started with a run at macritchie with sumzhenyu! 10plus km, & it's the first time i've seen SOOOOO many people at macritchie. kwazyyy. anyway, there was this particular slope which was incredibly STEEP! practically running on the spot, i remember mengkoon & i walking up. it seems that i've either become fitter or i just have the right motivation in conquering that darn hill. met people :D

next was clique outing at sentosaaa. yeah, i agree it was quite fail, but at least i enjoyed myself! had lunch first then met the rest & then we went to sentosa. wrong day to go, TOO MANY FRIGGIN' PEOPLE. the whole time was spent either watching the bangladeshis/srilankans splash & fool around or playing frisbee & volleyball. & THERE WAS NO SUNNN )): i wanna get num slippers! an-nee-wayyy, dinner at soup spoon! sighh, dinner conversation was just all centered around ARMY. annoyingggg.

i must be the most army-educated girl ever. if there was a competition regarding army knowledge, i think i win it hands down.
