you mentioned that you had a sport-related injury due to the wrong form of running. so what's the right way ? :)

Basically, when you run, don't let your heel strike the ground first but it should be the balls of your feet (the front half but not just the toes). I wish someone would have told me this years ago. You can google 'pose running'.
