i do love trainings, but the only thing i dislike is injuries.

when i first joined, i had this knee injury that was cured really quickly because of this chinese sinseh, he is AWESOME. healed it in three days! soon after, came blisters. TONS of it. acquired them from pushups & pullups. next was splinters. everybody will think, what's wrong with splinters? just pluck it out lah, BUT, mine are STEEL splinters, from gymming. i hate those, i have to like stop & mengkoon has to stop gym too, just to get that bloody splinter out. it's steel, so luckily it's easy to see O_O now, i'm having many blisters on my feet, one blister on my butt, abrasions on my butt and back. shit you blisters! it's so bloody hard to sit & adjust sitting cause there's a blister on my butt. oh, my hands too.

i know i complaining but, i just have to let it out.

these guys cannot take a perfect shot, all 5 of it was ruined ): wesley & glenn are the worst people to take a photo with, camera shy! i bet if their girlfriends asked them for a photo, they'll be more than willing to do it.
