I don't know from what exactly. but I think it's a combination of lack of sleep,period,cold milk allergy,hunger,cold,worrying about research paper,stress from soc294 setII,... man,it's really throbbing )):

I thought I only couldn't drink cold milk in the morning & I can't take ribena,looks like I was wrong. even if it's in the evening,I can't take cold milk. it screws up my bowels. what's wrong with meee.
