an example of his work. you should google him though, gives you a more accurate representation. what i have been drawing these past few months was not only because of that haring guy, but also my art teacher, ms jocelyn yeow (i think). not sure whether she's married already but anyway, i paired with tanshushu for this art project & like ms yeow showed us pictures of pop art & made the whole class do it.

this is what i did for fathers' day 2010. heehee, told him to put it into his wallet. i actually wanted to draw a huge man & then put all my dad's likes/interests inside, but apparently, i already did that for my art project with tanshushu. man, i'll give anything to have a picture of that. i used to have it but it got wiped out when my com crashed years ago. that project was a sec2 art project. we put all our interests inside the two huge man & then cut the unused area out. & yayy, cause it was good, it got put up at the staircase leading to the canteen & like out of reach from damage.

heheh, isn't this awesome? okay, the last one isn't obvious cause it's brown in colour. it was the only OTHER coloured marker in the pencilbox.

though i still think like what i do, is still not as comparable as to my friends like eunicesoh, shirley, markho. they are what i call the 'elites', hahahaha. but mark says that i have a fiona-ness when i do stuff.

school's starting soon :D HAHAHAHA, 30 august! NUS people are like starting this week! eeks, hahaha, i gotta get my pay soon & do shopping! oh, work shifts have been reduced to 5hours! YAYY (i think), i do hope when school starts i can still study at the same time when at work. so now, i either work from 6.30am-11.30am or 5.30pm-10.30pm on weekdays. date me out! (((:

I've seen the purpe Olympic bus like 4 times already & like twice was in totally weird location. the weirdest was like in my neighbourhood

pay per distance

this pay lesser thing by pay per distance is getting on my nerves. zzz. instead I'm totally paying more. it used to be $1.41 to get from my house to clarke quay by 190. now,I pay $1.83 -.- whaaaaat. & I sometimes take the bus like twice a day,that's like $3 plus,not cool. scamming on my money. I know that if I change bus in the middle of the trip & take a bus that goes to the same place,I don't pay extra or whatever & there's like a $0.01 refund,can the lta get anymore cheapo.

sigh,& I rarely use my iPhone camera & other photography apps now

i think I have two phobias now. zombies & receiving results. okay,I just woke up & HAD TO GET THIS OUT. the dream was pretty nice in the beginning,till it reached the part where we were receiving our posting of results,like which course we were taking & all that. to me,it's pretty much a love-hate relationship. okay,maybe not hate,that's much too extreme,probably just dislike. it's like I wanna give you a hug so badly but at the same time,I don't like the way it's been going. I don't like waiting. & I don't know when to call. I don't want to be seen as the clingy kind of person so I just try to wait. I've not seen you in a month. I really don't know where is this going & I don't like the way it is now.

it's raining _______!

if the heavy rain doesn't stop like soon,bukit panjang might see some actually flooding as the water overflows out of it's catchment area. at 6.00am,the water level was already about a metre away from the top. it's totally raining cats & dogs & monkeys & gorillas & chimpanzees & tigers & lions & .... . & like the field near my house,it's like some paddy field. the monsoon drains have the awesomest waves now. I hope no one drops in it! it'll be hard to get out with the strong current & the force of the dirty waves.

DRIVING & OTHER LESSONS

YAYY! I GOT INTO SIM!

okay, i know it's not that a big deal for those smarty pants, but it's either this or those artsy fartsy schools which i so don't mind going to as well.

so i got into university of buffalo & i'll be taking bachelor of the arts (communication). i hope this would help me get closer to the understanding of art. art in the sense of drawing, painting, that kind of art.

& i need to start my driving lessons soon -_- hahahaha, so darn lazy to call for a driving instructor. somebody push me!

apparently I called the school & they said letters would only be issued end July. but I do know people that applied for the same course as me & have already received their letters. & if I do get in,school only starts in end august. WOW! this means I had 7 plus months of holiday,hahahahaha.

went to town today after work to wait for steph. & I met many people from Fairfield & Pioneer. here's the list:

sigh,did some shopping today. I want more $$$ )): I wish I could sell my drawings/doodles/sketches/inspirations somehow. I gotta get new canvas shoes & a new backpack & TOPS/BLOUSES/SHIRTS. I realize that most of my tops are really basic. I hate ruffles,don't really suit lace.

shopping with steph today made me wanna earn more $$$ in the future. that means more money into the offertory bag! & then our church building plans might finally be finalized & there'll be bigger budgets for mission trips! SIGH. I wanna get like a real good fountain pen. I think I'll create a handwriting just for that fountain pen & create art with that inky fountain pen (: I can imagine it nowww. I can totally picture portraits,trees,being drawn with that fountain pen,sighhh.

i just wanna say how awesome God is.

like today, after my run, i was so thirsty that i just took any drink from my fridge & took a few sips. a few seconds later, i felt really hot, scratchy, itchy & burning. i thought it was because of the run, so i didn't think much of it. only when i sat down in front of my computer, i started to feel that my head was really itchy. then my ears became itchy & then my chest became itchy. i decided, maybe it's because of the sweat that's why i feel scratchy & so i just tolerated the itchy-ness. i don't usually scratch my mosquito bites too. i usually force myself not to scratch itchy areas.

& then i couldn't take it anymore, cause i couldn't feel my thumbs. both of my hands were swelling red! i decided to take a look in the mirror. GASP! my face was red, my neck was red,my chest was red! i immediately went to shower. saw that my whole body was R.E.D! i was like screaming inside my head.

then, i just calmed myself down & started to pray. i prayed for a miracle. i was really really desperate for one. i prayed for God's healing hands upon me. i closed my eyes & prayed really really hard. i know that miracles required faith, & at that moment, i had TONS OF FAITH in the Lord cause i was THAT desperate for healing.

a few minutes later, i could see the redness on my body fading & my face wasn't hot anymore. but my hands were still swelling & i still couldn't feel my thumbs. a few more minutes later, when i was done with shower, redness COMPLETELY GONE, left with the numbness in my thumbs. now, just a bit of soreness in my hands & i believe that it'll be all gone by TOMORROW! (:

that's how awesome God is! :D

sunday was quite an eventful day besides the tithe thingy. like when during communion, I know like they were praying for all the youth but when it was my turn, when daniel's dad & uncle William prayed for me,their prayers were very in sync with what I was going through. when I got home, I just prayed as earnestly as I could again.

okay, i have updated in ages because i've been really busy.

BUSY WORKING (:

hahahaha, it's a pretty much slack job, & i like the people there. have been doing quite a lot of morning shifts, & as a result, EYEBAGS )):

sighh, i jusst wanna get into SIM nowww. it sucks when the people all around me have offers/acceptance letters & are already going for orientations ): gonna call the school tomorrow. honestly, i will really don't know what to do if i can't go anywhere. don't know what am i gonna do )): sometimes, i just want people to push me in a direction, or tell me what to do. this is what i get from not working hard. oh well, actions beget consequences.

anywayyy, on a happier note:

having been travelling a lot lately. it's been the most amount of done in a year. it's just july & like in the past 6 months, i've been to: KUKUP, LANGKAWI, SEREMBAN, HONGKONG, MACAU, HANOI. soooo, enough travelling for me at the moment (: & like before the kukup trip, which was like the beginning of the year, 1 week before it, i was having a road trip in malaysia. whereby we went to genting highlands, kuala lumpur & malacca (: so, YUPP (: enough travelling at the moment.
