EXERCISE DAY! okay, so i ran in the morning, about 4km & swam around noon with mengkoon. damn, 4km is like so not preparing me for 42km on sunday. HELP ME, i have no idea how to last that long
running in like 5 hours time. & i still have to find the ideal prom dress ))): what a headache that is.
