NAPFA IN THE MORNING. TRAINING RIGHT AFTERWARDS.
i am so totally exhausted. had napfa for the sports cca, damn, was almost late. unlike the other people in school, we students from sports cca, have the privilege to not take term 2 pe, provided we pass our napfa with a silver or GOLD. & so, my napfa test was done in this order. inclined pullups to shuttle run to situps to broadjump to sit n reach & lastly, 2.4km run. i'm HAPPY to say that i achieved 5 points in all stations EXCEPT FOR broadjump. sigh, i'm damn failure in this. only got 1 freakfreaking point! IT'S TRUE, since primary school, FIONA GHUI CAN'T JUMP FOR DEFINITE NUTS. it's super demoralizing & i told myself to run my sadness off in the 2.4km.
mengkoon was super freakfreaking good in inclined pullups & 2.4km. the others were just 'stop & stare'ing. it was great to have people cheering on you when you run your 2.4km. at this bend, i was slower at that area, cause there weren't any motivation. i won't post my results up, you'll have to like ask me personally (:
as for today's training, land was pretty much okay. as for the water side, i was pretty exasperated. emptying the k2 on my own several times & lifting the girls out of the water many, many, many times, made me really really tired ): i apologize if i came across too fierce or angry.
lunch with the team afterwards, everyone too, was dead beat.
