hello to lose weight, how many times should i exercise a week, the duration and the intensity? thanks for helping. i feeel really fat now sighhh

just to get you started, you'll need a combination of diet & exercise. just to get you going, 20mins of RUNNING every day, medium to hard pace, NOT JOGGING. either take 3-5 small meals in a day or start with a heavy breakfast, light lunch & even lighter dinner. there are many ways to lose weight, this is just 1 of them.
