Where did you learn muay thai and whats the course fees? :)
in school as a cca, currently being taught by impact mma. to join, i think you have to be a student of sim & it's $75/term. 1 term is about 3-4 months?

hello to lose weight, how many times should i exercise a week, the duration and the intensity? thanks for helping. i feeel really fat now sighhh
just to get you started, you'll need a combination of diet & exercise. just to get you going, 20mins of RUNNING every day, medium to hard pace, NOT JOGGING. either take 3-5 small meals in a day or start with a heavy breakfast, light lunch & even lighter dinner. there are many ways to lose weight, this is just 1 of them.
what time is your church service? do you sleep really early in order to get up and go weekly? (:
main service: 4pm SUNDAY
youth service (13-19yrs old): 5pm SATURDAY
so i guess i don't have to sleep and wake up early.

currently, MUAY THAI :DD would really want to play soccer but time does not permit for that anymore. haha, i wish i could play tennis but i don't have eye-hand coordination
