hiatus
in order to really focus for the upcoming ALEVELS, i have drawn up a plan.
i am going to confiscate my laptop from myself.
this will take effect on 31st july
& i mean it.
i am going to 'throw' my laptop out of my room
so no more blogging/facebook/music/email/news/pictures...
then people ask me, then how? what if need to see some important email?
my answer: use daddy/meimei/natnat's laptop instead. i will still have my harddrive. because using their laptop, i know it's not mine, so i can't use it for long, so i'll like quickly log in & log out.
i am determined to get A's so please help me.
there will still be updates here & there & using of fb once in a while cause i still have my phone with wi-fi. it isn't really like complete hiatus or anything, i just want lesser distractions in my journey towards the alevels
i still don't know what to do as a career or anything. like i first thought about psychology but i must totally abandon that cause there are TOO MANY PEOPLE doing it. so, i now have like many options that i find funny like : architecture, sport science & management and i want to become a zookeeper!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOANNA!
congrats on turning 18! okay, so the j2s/poly yr 2s celebrated jojo's birthday. her present was this scrapbook we did about her 'lifestory' & it was filled with tons of unglam pictures of her & from ye too. i was like rushing from place to place just to get things done. didn't concentrate during physics tuition, rushed out of the centre the moment the teacher released us. i had to like go all the way back home to get the prined photos then get to steph's house to do the book then rush to sunset way for the incredibly stuffing international buffet. afterwards, holland v to cut cake at BREKKO. walawala was just too crowded & we saw people making out on the 2nd floor. anyway, 2 beers for $12. i think it's quite reasonable. went home, conked out after such a busy busy day. left out a lot of details too.

school in the morning to like collect back results & go through the gp & geog papers. super disappointed with myself for geography. could have done so much better. i mean i definitely passed but not up to my expectations. nobody in the level got like A for H1 GEOG. must get A for prelims. i know i can do it.
tuition in the evening & then rushed to bugis/dhobyghaut area to meet jamie shuhui & connie for FLEA! it was held at Singapore Art Museum. haha, in the morning i actually asked the girls whether they wanted to go thinking it was next week, but after checking the date on shareefa's watch, it turned out to be today! damn blur! (((: anyway, in the end, shareefa jamie me shuhui & connie agreed to go. ohmy, best $30 i've ever spent! i wished i went earlier! watched a bit of the amazing NIGHT FESTIVAL the fireworks and all that. for $30, i bought a top, a belt, a one-sided earring, a necklace and 2 archie comicbooks. MUST BARGAIN. the necklace was like the most expensive-$15. anyway, i had a blast.

okay, i came across this amazing site that does cartoons/comics.

making us suffer for like over a month is NOT GOOD.
but this also means that prelims & alevels are like coming real soon. talking to graduates makes me feel so unprepared & nervous. taking alevels is no small feat i tell you. to anyone that did well for alevels, you are my hero.
i know like this is kind of lame, but i just learnt by myself as to how to play fur elise on the piano. like who doesn't know how to play fur elise at the age of 18? little kids of 8 or 9 are even able to play fur elise. but hey, i haven't touched the piano in ages. i have good sight reading skills :D

MY SPECTACLES JUST BROKE!
well actually, the screw was loose and it dropped out.
HELLO NEW SPECS!! (i hope soon)
physics mock exam in like about 9 hours plus time. shit. i don't feel prepared. i've been drilling hard on my maths and slightly econs. but physics? oh dear me. it's such a draagggg. remember to bring thermometer to school! if not the security guard will be flaring up.
RUMOUR!!: schools might be closed if swine flu worsens
is still don't get that twitter trend and i will not follow it. twitter should only be meant for the lifestyles of the rich and famous that are too busy to blog and that's why they twitter. i thought about this while i was going to sleep last night.
